She has more than 17 years of industry experience working with automated performance testing. With roots as a software engineer, Vicky has built a successful career leading IT initiatives for enterprise software and cloud computing projects. Prior to her product management role, Vicky held a variety of technical positions starting as developer and then moving to pre-sales, professional services and support all of them related to performance engineering, automation and monitoring. She has a computer science degree from Universidad Internacional de las Americas in Costa Rica and a business degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jer Smith brings over 25 years of IT and software experience from a variety of disciplines including data center IT management, software development, technical support, customer success, and product management. As a member of the OpenText performance engineering product management team, Jer is the Product Manager of core technologies (scripting, protocol technologies, and the performance testing shift-left tool for developers). Jer works with and directs the efforts of a team of over 30 software engineers to ensure the OpenText suite of performance engineering testing tools are the industry standard. To ensure our development efforts deliver our customer needs, Jer regularly meets with customers, works with presales engineers and sales teams, and support and customer success managers to keep a close pulse on industry trends to ensure we are the best of breed.
