AI and observability tools have given IT teams unprecedented visibility into their environments, but insight alone doesn't resolve incidents. For most enterprises, the gap between detecting a problem and actually fixing it is still measured in hours, not seconds. And as AI generates more insights than teams can act on, the pressure to automate remediation is growing, along with the stakes of getting it wrong on production systems.
In this fireside chat, Futurum analyst Nick Patience draws on recent research to explore what it takes to move AIOps initiatives from generating insights to driving trusted, automated action. Nick is joined by leaders from Red Hat Ansible and Splunk who are working these challenges with customers every day, and the conversation gets practical:
-
Where does the insight-to-action handoff often break down in enterprise scenarios?
-
What does it take to build an automation library that teams trust enough to run on production systems?
-
How do Splunk and Red Hat Ansible work together in practice to deliver closed-loop remediation?
-
And how do you build the confidence and governance foundation you'll need as agentic AI moves from concept to reality?
No matter where you are in your AIOps journey, you'll walk away with practical guidance and concrete next steps you can put to work right away.
